As you may or may not know, I dabble in a bit of fantasy football. I run a league comprised of some of the guys from my old unit, and every Tuesday morning(ish) I send a message in our group chat, awarding… Well, you’ll see… Here are the awards/weekly updates that I’ve given out this far:
Week 1 – In case you all missed it, Taco had the most points this week
Week 2 – And this week’s “Lawd Have Mercy” Award goes to Umlauf for taking a butt-hymen during a questionably consensual game
Week 3 – This week’s “Shoulda Woulda Coulda” award goes to Doc, whose bench actually outscored his lineup by 15ish points
Week 4 – And this week’s “know your role” award goes to Shields for handing the Donkey Punchers their first loss by nearly doubling their points.
Week 5 – I’ll go ahead and take this week’s “I’m not crying, you’re crying” award for giving Doc his first win of the season
Week 6 – This week’s “Pardon The Interruption” award goes to the Jets for beating the Cowboys and getting their first win of the season, making fantasy football and really all football inconsequential this week.

P.S. This one, as you rightfully guessed, is from week 6, where I was I kind of busy in the morning. So busy, that I guess I forgot to send the message to the league, prompting one of the owners to call me out.
