Well, this was not my best outing. Not my worst either. I made it through thirteen letters this year, I think like five last year, and all twenty six the year before.
Out of the letters that I didn’t post, I had stories started for about half of them. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sidetracked and didn’t make it back to finish them. Actually, for that matter, there’s one story that I did post before it was finished and I wish that I hadn’t.
Yes, these are all only first drafts, but that doesn’t mean that I want to just throw anything out there. Maybe I’ll do an unfinished business post and show you the pieces scattered on my cutting room floor. Maybe I’ll double back and finish the stories… Well, that’s not so much of a “maybe” kinda thing. I will finish those stories, I just haven’t yet decided what I want to do what them afterwards.
Anyhoo, I’m not going to ramble here. I just wanted to apologize while also saying stick around, there’s more to come.
