Your favorite movie

Seeing as how I’ve already talked about this (here, here, here, and here) semi in depth, I’ll just get right to the point; Rocky IV is my favorite movie.

~

Until next time, what’s your favorite movie?

Rocky 1Rocky 2Rocky 3Rocky 4

P.S. I know, I used these pictures before. But this time I linked them to their corresponding posts! So, if you were too lazy to click on the “here” links here is your second chance. Do the right thing…

Rocky 5

P.S.S. Oh, and this one! Not a link, and it’s actually from Rocky III not IV, but it’s still by far my favorite still from the series.

I watched up until James Brown finished his intro to Apollo’s fight, and then I had to walk to the store. But it was a Rocky marathon, so I picked it up later at the beginning of Rocky I.
This is what I started watching at 6 a.m. today: https://youtu.be/XheGtmgqxdw You’ve gotta watch just from the 10-minute mark to 13:29 (although he continues talking about the movies after that). Kind of a crazy coincidence since he even had the kid run the stairs.

    3. That was great! Obviously I had to watch it until he was done with Rocky, somewhere around 1730… Because… ROCKY!

I never knew he’d sold his poor dog until I watched that clip. When I watched the first Rocky movie on Labor Day, he walked into the pet store to see Adrian and said, “Hi, Butkus,” to a dog in a crate, but I thought maybe he just hadn’t bought the dog yet. Guess I need to go back and re-watch them all, lol. I’ll have plenty of chances — for some reason it’s on a lot of cable channels this month.

    5. Yes, go back and watch them all! Lol it’s a great franchise. And yeah, he sold Butkus and then bought him back when he got the advance for the movie… And he still has Cuff and Link. He took them home after the movie wrapped

I probably should’ve taken running shoes to Philly. Instead, I flip-flopped up the stairs.

I was there in 2011. I’d send a link to the photo-filled blog post, but Blogger sucks, so I can’t get to it from my phone. 😐
