So I’m going to break the rules and ask for an explanation on this one: what is it? Cos it looks like something yummy! It gives me flashbacks to eating at an Ethiopian restaurant a few years ago and then telling my work friend who was from Ethiopia and her response was that the owner was from *this place* and she was from *this place* and her food is SOO much better and the next day at work I had more homemade food than I could possibly eat because she wanted to prove her point haha.

Well lucky for you, I’m a rule breaker haha I have a “Day 8” post planned where I’ll give a brief explanation for the pictures… But to be honest, I have no idea what this was. I know there was egg in it, but that’s really it, I’m sorry… I THINK it was Makhlama, but that’s a complete guess
